Fire Insurance
Okay, I've done all my own research on this one, so it's pretty short.
How Much Fire Insurance Do You Need?
It is up to the owner of the house to keep the value at 80+% (sounds definately worth it if you are in any way affiliated with pyromaniacs etc.) Homeowner policies, for the most part, will compensate in full (so you will get your entire policy back) if your policy value is 80(or more)% of the value of replacing your home. If it is below 80%, then they will subtract a substantial amount for depreciation of your home (depending on age) from the replacement value.

algebra is hard, but music is easy. is that being incongruous? i am probably a banshee then. something tells me that someday the internet will crash completely and there will be no more of it. i don't think i will be sad. it's a misconception that we really need it that bad... but i'm compelled to add 'probably' again. too much speculation for facts. like the misconception that those horrific little bugs running around my house were millipedes when they are, in fact, centipedes, undoubtedly worse in every way. they could die and i wouldn't care. give me spiders
the best way to home-dry a rose is to take it out of water.

a guy walks into a bar... Pub! excuse me.
An Irishman moves into a tiny hamlet in County Kerry, walks into the pub, and promptly orders three beers. The bartender raises his eyebrows, but serves the man the three beers, which he drinks quietly at a table, alone.
An hour later, the man has finished the three beers and orders three more.
This happens again.
The next evening the man again orders and drinks three beers at a time, several times. Soon the entire town is whispering about the Man Who Orders Three Beers.
Finally, a week later, the bartender broaches the subject on behalf of the town. “I don’t mean to pry, but folks around here are wondering why you always order three beers?” “’Tis odd, isn’t it?” the man replies, “You see, I have two brothers, and one went to America, and the other to Australia. We promised one another that we would always order an extra two beers whenever we drank as a way of keeping up the family bond.”
The bartender and the whole town were pleased with this answer, and soon the Man Who Orders Three Beers became a local celebrity and source of pride to the hamlet, even to the extent that out-of-towners would come to watch him drink.
Then, one day, the man comes in and orders only two beers. The bartender pours them with a heavy heart. This continues for the rest of the evening: each time he orders only two beers. The word flies around town. Prayers are offered for the soul of one of the brothers. The next day, the bartender says to the man, “folks around here, me first of all, want to offer condolences to you for the death of your brother. You know – the two beers instead of three and all...”
The man ponders this for a moment, then replies, “You’ll be happy to hear that my two brothers are alive and well. It’s just that I, meself, have decided to give up drinking for Lent.”

the phase of sortof people dissapointment is quite horrific. it makes me want to starve to death, which is probably impossible because i eat alot and people are generally stuck to their personal habits. happy solstice. i was wondering, does the wind, without anything on it, have a smell? also, is it possible to miss someone and hate them at the same time?
